Description (Service) Provides financial assistance to low-to-moderate income households needing upgrades for safety, energy efficiency or accessibility * Provides up to $10,000 per household in 10-year forgivable loans, and up to $5,000 grants for households needing accessibility upgrades 
Eligible repairs could include: 
* heating systems including furnace replacement 
* chimneys 
* foundations 
* roofs, vents, louvres 
* electrical systems 
* plumbing, toilet replacement, water heaters 
* septic systems, well water, well drilling 
Accessibility modifications could include but are not limited to:  
* ramps  
* handrails  
* chair and bath lifts  
* height adjustments to countertops  
* bathroom renovations
