Free gym with treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes, free weights, BOSU, exercise balls, mats and various exercise circuits. Equipment has been donated by many community groups for anyone to use and enjoy.
Appointments for gym orientation, including demonstration on how to use the equipment safely can be arranged.
Staff are available in building during open gym times, but direct supervision is not provided.

Must submit a signed a participation registration/release and assumption of risk form, to be held confidentially on file. A Get Active Questionnaire (PAR-Q) form is available for those unsure if this activity if for them.
