A museum, an archives, and a small branch of The Blue Mountains Public Library located in an 1880s train station on the shore of Georgian Bay.

Provides museum and library services to the community of The Blue Mountains, including:

Has a reciprocal borrowing agreements with Grey Highlands Public Library and Meaford Public Library.

Documentaries on local history are available 24/7 on the Blue Mountains Public Library's YouTube channel, 'REEL History' playlist.

Winter Hours (Sep-May): Thu-Fri 11 am-5 pm * Sat 10 am-4 pm * Sun 12 noon-4 pm

Application Drop in to visit the museum and library.
Archival research is by appointment ONLY. To book a research appointment, fill out a Research Request form in advance. Research Request forms are available and can be submitted through the Blue Mountains Public Library website. Hard copy forms can be filled in person.

Fees Museum admission is $5 for adults.
Free admission for Town of Blue Mountains, with proof of residency.
Free admission for children under 18 years old.
Library membership for residents of The Town of The Blue Mountains.
No admission for library use, entry is free.
No late fees, but replacement costs apply for lost or damaged library items.
