| Duties | Event Setup: Arrive early to assist with setup; Set up registration tables and signage; Prepare and organize materials (e.g., handouts, flyers) Event Attendance: Greet and check-in participants; Provide information and answer questions Program Help: Assist with program activities and games; Support participants as needed (e.g., providing guidance, answering questions) Post-Event Duties: Assist with cleanup and breakdown; Gather feedback from participants; Post event follow-up/feedback |
