Enbridge Home Winterproofing Program (EHWP) and Union Gas Home Winterization Program
  • provides free installed insulation and draft proofing
  • could include attic insulation, programmable thermostat, showerhead, draft proofing, wall insulation
Canada Greener Home Grant -- offers a free home energy evaluation, included is a grant of up to $5,000 to cover the cost of energy-efficiency upgrades
