Persons legally present in Canada or Canadian citizens and landed immigrants outside Canada.
To file a complaint, a person must have been discriminated against by a federally regulated organization. Ex. a federal government department, agency or crown corporation, chartered bank, national airline, inter-provincial transportation or shipping line, telecommunications company, certain mining industries, railway and others.
