Description (Service) Offers skills training and development to support and assist Métis people in achieving and advancing their career options.  
Provides employment programs and services including: career counselling * employment readiness training * wage subsidies * apprenticeship support * mobility assistance * self-employment * youth initiatives * assistance to clients with disabilities to obtain employment and complete required training and may provide the supports required for employment such as equipment, special needs devices, tutoring, transportation 
Programs and services are delivered through community-based service sites across the province.
