assistance with daily living activities

medical transportation
All cost of living is covered by the Community Homes for Opportunity (CHO) program, as well as comforts/necessities including:
medication coverage/medical needs
dental coverage
hygiene products
clothing
all meals and snacks
phone and internet
Residence are only accepted through the CHO program.

Bruce County ; Goderich ; Grey County ; Applicants from all of Ontario will be welcomed at Hanover Place if in need and fall under the Homes for Special Care Prerequisite.
Eligibility
Ages: 18 year(s) and up
Adults 18 and over with a severe mental illness who are capable of directing their own care.

All referrals (self, physician or referral from a community agency) must be made by calling the Canadian Mental Health Association Grey Bruce phone 519-371-3642.
