| Eligibility | Persons with limited mobility due to physical challenges, visual or cognitive impairments. For persons suffering with physical disabilities alone, service is generally restricted to those who cannot travel by taxi or conventional transit usually based on following criteria: unable to climb three steps to board a taxi or conventional transit vehicle, or unable to walk 175 meters (570 feet) unaided. |
