Offers home visiting early intervention and prevention services to assist families with infants and toddlers with established risks, biological risks and psychosocial risks of delays in development or disability to attain an optimal level of development. Parents are recognized as primary participants in this service.

Huron-Kinloss ; Kincardine ; Grey and Bruce Counties are served by the Infant and Child Development Programs provided by Community Living Owen Sound and District, Kincardine and District, and Walkerton and District. Call for details on which communities are served.
