Description

Description (Service) Provides supports to families who have a family member living at home who has an intellectual disability. Support can be provided to:
  • assist families in accessing community resources that would benefit their family member
  • support families during periods of transitions within elementary school, secondary school and future planning
  • consult with professionals and co-ordinate services as requested by the family
  • provide information, resources, strategies as challenges present
  • assist families in applying for supports and resources as appropriate

Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Areas Served Bruce County ; Grey County ; Bruce County - South region including communities of Paisley, Chesley, Walkerton and Lucknow ; Grey County - South region including communities of Markdale, Flesherton, Dundalk, Durham and Hanover
