Offers early intervention and prevention services and supports to assist families with infants and toddlers with established risks, biological risks and psychosocial risks of delays in development or disability to attain an optimal level of development.
Parents are recognized as primary participants in this service.

Bruce County ; Grey County ; Bruce County - South Bruce ; Grey County - West Grey including Durham ; Grey and Bruce Counties are served by the Infant and Child Development Programs provided by Community Living Owen Sound and District, Kincardine and District, and Walkerton and District. Eligibility
Children at risk of delays in development and children with identified special needs. Up to school entry age.
