Bruce Botanical Food Gardens

Description (Service) COVID-19 Response Due to COVID-19, tours and programming will be suspended for 2020. The public will not be able to come and pick their own produce, but food will be available through the Kincardine and District Food Bank and curbside pick up or delivery. Follow the Facebook page for updates and instructions when produce will be available for pick up. 
 
Regular Service: 
Provides the community with sustainable food and education about food insecurity and sustainable agriculture * The gardens showcase over 250 varieties of rare, endangered, heirloom and world food plants 
 
Programs include: 
* Living Marketplace - visitors can take a guided tour of over 200 varieties of food plants and choose food to take home for their meals  
* Foodshare - donates food to local organizations including food banks 
* Provides tours for schools, children's groups and other organizations  
 
Volunteers are always welcome
